Alannah joined Madison Hunt in 2026 as part of the APAC team based in Sydney, where she focuses on executive search across the Infrastructure, Energy and Industrials sectors. She brings prior experience from a boutique search firm specialising in corporate and Investment roles across these sectors, where she developed a strong network and deep understanding of the talent landscape across the region.

Alannah began her career at Deloitte Sydney in Audit & Assurance, where she built a foundation in financial analysis and client service across a diverse range of organisations. She subsequently moved into recruitment, joining Michael Page in Sydney where she focused on accounting and finance before transitioning into specialist executive search. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney.
