Aisling joined Madison Hunt in 2025 as an Associate. Prior to joining the firm, she spent over two years at Jackson Lucas, where she supported searches across investment roles. At Madison Hunt, Aisling focuses on junior-to-mid level searches across Private Credit, Investment Banking, and Project Finance within the energy and infrastructure sectors. Aisling graduated from Miami University, Farmer School of Business and is a native New Yorker.
