Julie Joyce is the COO of Madison Hunt, a role she has held since 2024. Previously, she was the COO of Jensen Partners from 2022, overseeing operations, search execution, research, and data science teams, and leading Jensen DiversityMetrics™.

With over 15 years in executive search experience, Julie has built effective teams and led strategic initiatives. Previously, Julie was Director of Global Research at ZRG Partners, managing global teams and automating workflows. She also worked as a Research Associate at The Prince Houston Group and a Human Resources Assistant at FXall, a division of Thomson Reuters. Julie graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a BS in Human Ecology.
