Melissa offers 6 years of experience with a background in both search and industry. Previously, Melissa was an Executive Recruiter at a boutique search firm based in Chicago, where she was industry agnostic and focused across the strategic finance functions.

Prior to search, Melissa spent the first 3 years of her career in investment management. Starting at GCM Grosvenor as an Analyst across private equity and hedge funds and then at Brookfield Asset Management where she gained exposure to the infrastructure vertical more specifically.

Melissa graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business in May 2018 and is a true Midwesterner. She moved to New York last fall and was brought on to lead Madison Hunt’s Portfolio Search function.
